Oh my, an about page.  The awful, awkward horror it is to write this.  I’ve literally scoured 3 of my friends’ websites for inspiration, but have decided to initiate this awkward and somehow necessary excuse for a page with a complaint… What does that say about me?  I hope you didn’t just judge me for that (because I really truly care so much).

Anyways, Hello! Welcome to Starlett. I’m Scarlett. It rhymes. Yes, I realized. Yes, that was on purpose.  I’m a 15 year old freshman (it’s true-freshman) from Texas living in the Netherlands.  I am terribly fascinated with cetacea (whales, dolphins, porpoises, especially whales) and I want to be an ocean documentary researcher/filmer for National Geographic when I get older.  It’s my dream to go to Cambridge University in the UK, and a highly unattainable one at that.  I collect postcards, take photos, play guitar, sing, try and fail at acting, draw, and web design.  I live with my mom and my miniature schnauzer Mr. Wiggles in a flat on the Dutch coast.  Europe is pretty cool.  I really miss Mexican food, though, and my best friend Rory, and my dad, who all live in Houston (where I lived for 14 years).  I was born on October 17th, 1995 and I’m a libra, if you’re into that stuff.  I live by music.  I am obsessed with learning languages. And I’m really silly. So yeah, that sums me up I guess.
